KEPSA is working to support the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by increasing access to affordable and appropriate finance for micro and small businesses, drive the change in behavior of entrepreneurs by catalyzing enterprise-level changes that will enable MSMEs to attain resilience, grow and ultimately transform work opportunities, Deepening the ecosystem of business development services targeting MSEs, Increasing the options available to youth entrepreneurs by increasing access to new and more lucrative market options, and; Strengthen the ecosystem within which MSMEs operate.
It is in this regard that we are looking for experts who specialize in providing capacity-building programs tailored for MSMEs.
This primary role will involve designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of MSMEs.
The individual trainers will be required to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Fully qualified in relevant areas crucial to MSMEs (e.g. Bookkeeping and financial management, technology, marketing, business development, communication, life skills, Human resources, operation, and compliance management,)
- A degree in business, economics, management, or a related field to indicate foundational understanding.
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience specifically with MSMEs, understanding their challenges and facilitating growth.
- Proven experience in conducting impactful training programs, workshops, or capacity-building programs targeting MSMEs.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft and teleconferencing applications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
